THE DEMAND,ON GERMANY. Madrid, Feb. 4. A Note to Germany in connection wrtb the Giralda was dispatched on Sunday and demands an immediate answer. It is understood that in addition to reparation Spain insists on the immunity of Spanish vessels trading between Spanish ports.
