SOCIALISTS ATTEMPT OUTRAGE. EXPLOSION PREVENTED. Amsterdam, Jan. 29. Five revolutionary Socialists were arrested in the act of attempting to blow up the Amsterdam Arsenal. They belonged to the so-called Dutch Bolsheviks. The prevention of the explosion was a. sheer piece of wonderful luck.
