Sliarrock, £lB 2s 8d (costs £1 3s); Petty Bros. (Mr. Anderson) v. Win. Allan, £2 18s Oil (costs 10s); Cook aiid Lister! (Mr. A. C. Lawrie) v. J. Reid, £1 Os 6d (costs lis); Kate B. Rowe (Mr. Lawrie) v. Hautorokawa, £27 (costs £3 10s); same v. Henry Bailey, £3 3s lid (costs £1 ss); A. E. Magon (Mr. A. A. Bennett) v. J. Bishop £lO 4s Od (costs £1 15s Od). The case of the Taranaki Education Board (Mr. J. H. Quiliam) v. T. W. Plank (Mr. Lawrie) was further adjourned for one week to allow defendant time in which to file his defence. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Emma Jones (Mr. A. A. Bennett) applied for an order for £7 19s Od on a judgment summons against William Howson. After hearing the evidence of the debtor, who an old-age pensioner, Mr. Bennett said he could not hope to secure an order. The Magistrate declined to make an order.
