SERBIANS REFUSE BRIBES. WAR WEARINESS IN BULGARIA. London. Jan. 10. Reuter'g correspondent at the Serbian headquarters says the Pulgara are unsuccessfully attempting to repeat the enemy tactics employed on the Italian front, and to fraternise and sow dissension among the Serbians by propaganda from aircraft. Frequent deserters from the Bulgars emphasise the food shortage, high prices, and war weariness in Bulgaria. Austria recently offered the Serbians peace, promising to surrender Bosnia and Herzegovina with an outlet to the Adriatic, thus repeating the offer made by Constantino in September, 1913, before the big invasion.
