STANDARD SHIPS. THIRTEEN DELIVERED; ONE SUNK. Received Jan. 16, 8.4i5 p.m. London, Jan. 15. In the House of Commons Sir L. G. Coiozza Money stated that to the end of December, thirteen standard ships had been delivered and one sunk. . DUTCH BOAT SUNK. Received Jan. Ifi, 8.45 p.m. Madrid, Jan. 13. The Dutch steamer Lasde Royal was torpedoed near Port Cabras, Canaries, twenty-nine of tho crew being saved. Twenty sailors are missing from the Jeaquim Murabru, which has arrived at Las Palmas.
