TO REPLACE BOLSHEVIKS. EFFORT BY CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY. BOLSHEVIKS STILL RUNNING RIOT. Received Jan. 16, 5.3 p.m. London, Jan. 15. The Daily News' Petrograd correspondent reports that the Constituent Assembly has been fixed to meet on Friday, ivhen the anti-Bolshevik majority will try lo replace the Bolsheviks by a weaker government committed to securing peace by pressure upon the Allies. The Bolshevikß are preparing to set Up a new conference of Soviets in opposiMon to tlu: Constituent Assembly. During the last few days the Bol(heviks dismissed all officials of the Ministry of Finance, and decreed compulsion of labor. They also ordered that religion should not be taught in the schools, and, probably, will issue a decree abolishing the right of inheritance.
