\ AUSTRO-GERMANS REFUSE A CHANGE ENTENTE POWERS MUST NOT MEDDLE. A THREAT TOWARDS RUSSIA. Received Jan. 12, 5.5 p.m. , Amsterdam, Jan. 11. Baron von Kuhlmann and Count Cwrnin, speaking at the Brest Litovsk conference, declined to transfer negotiations to a neutral country, because arrangements had been made for continuing it at Brest Litovsk. Also they did not desire that the Entente Powers should meddle with Russo-Oeman affairs. The Central Powers would continue the war relentlessly if Russia broke up the conference. M. Trotsky moved the adjournment.
