LAST XIGHT OF CHARLTE CHAPLIN" IN "EASY STREET" AT EVERYBODY'S. Cimrlie Chaplin convulsed a crowded house at Everybody's Inst evening with liis characterisation of "the cop" in the latest Mutual comedy, "Easy Street." This picture bubbles over with mirth from the opening scone and easily ranks as one of Charlie's cleverest and most la-jghahle pictures. The programme includei a powerful five-reel Greater Vita - graph feature 'The Stolen Treaty," starring Earle Williams. Intending patrons should note that to-night will be the final showing oftthis programme.

A FINE PROGRAMME AT THE EMPIRE. An exceptionally ■ brilliant nnd varied programme was introduced at the Empire last night, the chief picture being the Metro wonderplav. "The Greatest Power.'' This fine picture reveals a story of loyalty nrd patriotism and allows that the call of the nation is the greatest power in all lives. The supporting films include "The Secret of the Submarine' 1 which now has only one more episode to conclude, the "Hex 'Beach Travel Series," the "Co-operative Weekly," a Christie comedy entitled "Famous t'rench Aviators." The same programme will he repeated to-night at. the matin-c to-morrow and finally to-morrow night.
