HOLLAND.
TRANSFER OF WOUNDED. INADEQUATE ARRANGEMENTS. Amsterdam, Jan, 4. The Telegraaf states that the British War Office representative protested to the Dutch Government against the inadequate arrangements for the transference of wounded prisoners from an ambulance train to a Bed steamer at Rotterdam, The gangways and the number of stretchers were insufficient.
The Dutch superintendent of wounded men is addressing a protest to Germany owing to delay in the arrival of trains.
