THE LATEST FIGURES. Washington, Jan. i. The Draft reports show that, of 3,500,000 men registered 3,000,000 have been examined and 1,057,000 certified as fit for service. Of these 687,000 have been mobilised and 170,000 are ready for mobilisation. One and a half million clairito for exemption have been received. AJr. Crowder anticipates that the single men without dependents will be sufficient to supply the draft needs.
