BULGARIA.
WAR WITH RUSSIA ENDED. COMMERCIAL RELATIONS TO BE RESUMED. Received Dee. 31, 8.30 p.m. Sofia, Dee. 30. M. Radoslavoff (Prims ilinister). in the Sobranje, announeed that Russia had proposed to the Central Powers' delegates that the state of war between Bulgaria and Russia had ended, and that the status quo regarding commercial treaties and other agreements would be resumed, and that. Bulgaria be represented on the Danube committee. Bulgaria has accepted these terms.
