.LABOR'S VIEWS. PARTS CONFERENCE RESOLUTIONS PRESIDENT WILSON'S FORMULAS APPROVED. Renter Service. Received Dec. 27, 6.5 p.m. Paris, Dec. 2fl. The conference of the General Confederation of Labor resolved that the peace formulas of President Wilson and the Russian revolution are those of the French wording classes, re-capitulating the Maximalist peace terms, with the addition of freedom of straits and seas, compulsory international arbitration, and the formation ot a league of nattolU. , .. ftigggg . The conference also demands the publication by the belligerent governments of the Russian peace term* as thb only means of preventing a separate peace, also an early conference of workers of all countries.
