THE KAISER'S INFAMY REVEALED. A 1908 INTERVIEW. New York, Dec. 17. The New York Tribune declares that .lie Kaiser in 1908 predicted a world war, in the course of an interview printed for the Centarv Magazine, but it was suppressed before publication at Germany's urgent request, and the copies burned, except one, which is intact. This shows that the Kaiser -charged England with neutralising Germany's growing power. The interview reeked with abuse of King Edward and slander of the Catholic Church in Germany «,nd elsewhere.
