The Daily Chronicle states that the completed report of Lord Balfour of Burleigh's post-war trade committee reconv mends a general tariff of 10 per cent, ad valorem on all imports, reductible by negotiation with those countries giving British goods reciprocal' treatment. Imports from the Dominions and India would be admitted free.
