j HORSE BACKS GIG OVER BAJSii/ A CHILD KILLED, By Telegraph.—'Presk Aggodation. Taumaruirui, Last Night. A fatal accident occurred last evening Ethel Price had driven to tha-railway on the Upper Ohura road, Ong&rue. Miss Marsh was on her way to T&umarunpi in a gig with her sister, Mrs. Alex. Harsh, and the latter'a infant daughter. Mrs. Hospital for an operation. When Migg Price and theiinfantt t were returning, the horse backed at a papa slip, sail the gig. rolled- down a bank 45 feet deep. The infant was killed, and Miss Price was go badly injured that she was removed by the night espregg to Taumtnuiui. Axi inquest wag held to-day on the child, , but was adjourned for th» evidence of Miss Price. •> » ' tmmmmmmmmmmmm
