' . UNION si CO.'S DIVIDENDS. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Dunedin, Last Night The directors of the Union Steamship Company, in their annual report, recommend the payment, out of the balance, of a dividend on preference shares of 2( per cent., making GJ per cent lor the year, and a dividend of 0 per cent on ordinary shares, making 10 per cent, for the year. ANTI-SHOUTING FINES. Wellington, L»st Night. For breaches of the anti>sholitlng regu» lations, F. Paget-Jones, licensfs of the Lower Hutt Family Hotel, was flned £5. A. K. Wood, barman at the same hotel, was fined £2, and F. L. Simpson, licensee of the Lower Hutt Central Hotel, was firfed £6.
