MAY REMOVE TO SPAIN. London, Nov. 17. A telegram from Rome revives the IMS reports of the removal of the Holy Sec to Spain. It says that owing to the present situation any peace movement bv the Vatican might cause trouble, which might even endanger the Holy Sec. Therefore, the Pope has sent out feelers to the King of Spain in order t.o ascertain if the eventual transfer of the Papacy would be favorably received in Spain.
