FURTHER CLASSES CALLED UP. 40,000 GREEKS ALLOWED TO DIE. Received Nov_ 30, 7.35 p.m. , Athens, Nov. 29. Four classes of infantry reserve and eight clashes of artillery have been called to the colors. It is officially stated that 40,000 Greeks in Macedonia, held l>y Bulgarians, have succumbed through hunger and other privations.
