PROTEST AGAINST POSTPONEMENT My Telegraph.—Prcs,s Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The Duncdin branch of the Post and Telegraph Officers' Association has passed a resolution protesting against the action of the Government in the postponement, at the eleventh hour of the session, of the reclassification of the post and telegraph service until 1020, and placed on record its approbation'of the action of the executive committee in ! endeavoring to prevent postponement, The branch holds that reclassification provides the only prospect of improvement in the underpaid departments..
