THE MORNINGTON ISLAND MASSACRE. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. Brisbane, Nov. 21. Three Natives have, been arrested and are charged with the murder of the missionary Hall at Mornington Island. NEW DUTCH MAIL SERVICE. Sydney, Nov. 21. A new Dutch mail service under the auspices of the Royal Packet Company is being established. It is proposed to inaugurate in February a fortnightly service between Sun Francisco, Sydney, Melbourne. Adelaide and Java. The San Frincisco steamers will be of big tonnage.
