RUMORED MONARCHIAL MOVE GRAND DUKE NICHOLAS AS REGENT. KAI.EDIN FAVORABLE. United Service. Received Nov. 21, 9 p.m. Paris, Nov. 20. An unconfirmed report from Geneva states that ' the Grand Duke Nicholas has joined General Kalcdin. He offered his services, and was appointed to the command of the Cossacks. Kalcdin promised to restore the monarchy and to proclaim the Grand Duke Nicholas regent. THE ARMISTICE PROPOSAL. . DEMANDS OF PAN-GERMANS. RUTHLESS CONTINUANCE OF WAR. RUSSIA AN EASY 'PREY. Times Service. Received Nov. 21, 0 p.m. Amsterdam, Nov. 20. Lenin's proposals for an armistice have excited Berlin. Pan-German newspapers demand the ruthless continuance of war against Russia, hoping that the Bolsheviks will complete the internal disorganisation, and make Russia an ens\ prey. They evidently desiro a pro-Ger-man Russian monarchy as r. neighbor, while the Socialists demand that the Government should fully exploit Russia's dilemma in order to secure an immediate peace.
