Accused <.aid he had lived in a dug-out, subsequently iii a eave in the back district of Waitotara for several months, and was afraid to come out because his employer terrorised him by the statement that if he came out he would be shot. Accused's employer did sentry go while accused cut bush for him. Sentence was deferred. Other action will probably follow.
