ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
A BOY DROWNED, By Telegraph.-'Prcsß Association, Blenheim, Last Night. A boy aged 11, named Rex Skinner Pask, was drowned in the Opawa river to-day. While bathing with a companion lie got out of his depth. The body h*i been recovered.
WELLINGTON MISHAPS. Wellington, Last Night. Charles Stewart, of the electric light* ing staff, while working at the top oJC a pole in Adelaide Road to-day, received ft severe shock, falling to the roadway. He was removed to the hospital and to* night, is reported to have improved a little, but the extent of his injuries it not definitely ascertained. Victor Williams, resident of tho Upper Hutt, was admitted to the hospital suffering from a crushed foot caused by a sash weight falling on it. '
