1 TURKS SURRENDERING. BRITISH ADVANCE CONTINUES. London. Nov. 12. Mr. Masfey reports from Gaza: The enemy continues his retirement, and wo are pressing them hard. The Turks are now surrendering freely, Elmineh junction, upon the Jerusalem railway, burning as the result of a heavy shell blowing up an ammunition train which was standing at the station. Wc have already taken 5000 m''n, (V) ?uns, thousands of shells, and millions of partridges. The Turks destroyed vast quantities of material which they could ill spare. Our armies are in th<j highest spirits. Egyptian headquarters states: Our advance has now reached the Wadi Hukanor, where the Turks are reported to be holding the northern bank. The ; enemy made a brief stand on the" ridge north of Jiitourah and checked the cavalry, but were dislodged liy a bayonet charge by Scottish troops.
