AN IMPORTANT COUNCIL. PROBABLE REVISION OP WAR AIMS. Paris, Nov. 3. The Zurich correspondent of The Matin states that Hindenburg presided over' a great military and political conneil. General Ludendorf, Chief of Staff, and most of the members of the Federal Council attended. It id repdrted that the council dealt with tfte probable revision of the war aims in the direction of increasing the on Germany's enemies.
