AUSTRALIA.
THE CONSCRIPTION ISSUE. RESURRECTED AS RESULT OP EUROPEAN CONDITIONS, Received Nov. 6, 7.15 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 5. Recent happenings in Russia and Italy have brought the conscription issue strongly to the front again throughout the Commonwealth. There is an insistently growing demand that the Federal Government should fairly face the position, in view of the steadily shrinking yield of voluntary enlistments and the altered state of affairs on certain battle fronts. The supporters of conscription contend that these combined factors have absolved the Government from its pledge not to resurrect the issue. Much interest centres on the Cabinet meeting to be held on Wednesday, when the question will be discussed, and a decisive pronouncement is anticipated. THE LIBERTY LOAN. I Received Nov. 5, 10 p.m. Melbourne, Nov. 5. The Liberty Loan hag been fully subscribed. '
