By Wire.—Our Parliamentary Reporter, ~ ~ Wellington, Nov. 3. Mr. Massey stated that<he was in eom« munieation with the ImMial authorities regarding the details of the butter and cheese purchases. He expected an arrangement would be mad* for advance payments on produce delivered at stores pending shipment, but tlit amount of the advance was not yet certain. He hoped to have definite information' early enxt week. ' The shipping prospects for next vear are still very uncertain, and the Government is arranging to make use of power taken in the to make advances to companies' for -.the purpose of enlarging cold stores.
