STRINGENT WAR REGULATIONS. Received Nov. 3, 12.15 a.m. Melbourne, Nov. 2. The War Precautions Regulation retpiires that New ZealaueVrs entering the. Commonwealth, who have undertaken to return, shall do so when requested by l ,he authorities. Failure to comply will lead to arrest and deportation. New Zcahinders liable for military setvice who left without permission may be required to return.
