ENEMY WITHDRAWAL AT RICA. TO PREPARED POSITIONS. A TORPEDOER AND TWO SHIPS DESTROYED. Received Nov. 2, 7.45 p.m. London, Nov. 1. A wireless Russian official report ctates: The enemy, at some points in the liiga region, is withdrawing to previously prepared positioiiii. There are no possible hopes of supposing that the enemy can transfer troops to any other front. Two of our torpedoers sank an enemy torpedoer in Inda Bay. Two enemy steamers were burned.
