ARGENTINA.
[ iS WHEAT FOR BRITAIN. A STIPULATION WITHDRAWN. | Received Oct. 30, 9.35 p.m. " Ottawa, Oct. 29. The Canadian Trade Commissioner at Buenos Ayres reports that the Government has abolished the stipulation under which the Argentine agreed to export wheat to Britain in return for Canadian and Australian exports to Argentina, The latter continues to export to Britain.
