TRAFFICKING WITH THE ENEMY. Paris, Oct. 25. M. Lenoir, formerly proprietor of Lo Journal, and M. De Soucliez, a wellknown solicitor, have been arrested. Before 8010 Pasha invested £220,000 in Le Journal, Lonoir and De Souchez in July, 1915, purchased shares valued at £.4i00,000. M. Humbert suspected their connection with the enemy and bought thorn out with Bolo's money. Lenoir and De Soiidipz are now charged with trafficking with the enemy, as Lenoir has given a contradictory account of the origin of the money.
