He also visited the German troops on the Asiatic coast and bestowed decorations. KAISER RIDING FOR A FALL. Amsterdam, Oct. 22. The Vossische Zeitung says that the Kaiser refused to accept Admiral Von C&pelle's resignation. ANY EXCUSE SERVES. Amsterdam, Oct. 22, Count Reventlow, in an article in the 'Pages Zeitung, says that the Kaiser visited Constantinople to assure tho Government that Germany would guarantee the integrity of the Turkish Empire, including Egypt. , BELATED NEWS.OF GREAT EXPLOSION. Eerne, Oct. 22. An interpellation in the Keichstrath revealed a great explosion in August in the munition works at Steinfeld owing to spontaneous combustion in captured j enemy ammunition. Immense damage was caused. Twenty were killed and 360 injured. MUTINY IN GERMAN ARMY Reuter Service, i Petrograd, Oct. 22. Reports from the Dvina front state that German prisoners admit a mutinous movement in the army at the prospect of a winter campaign. The mutineers were severely punished. GERMAN OFFICIAL MESSAGE. Received Oct. 23, 10 p.m. ■London, Oct. 23. 'Wireless German official: The enemy attack in Flanders failed, with the exception of a small gain near Veldhoek. Northward of Langemarck the British attack on the Menin-Ypres road broke completely. Our booty at Ocsel, Moon, and Dago Islands included 20,000 prisoners aud a hundred guns. ! I
