LIQUOR WITH MEALS ALLOWED. By Tclegrapfi.-wPress Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Legislative Council, by 13- to 3y, agreed to the report of' thi«onfcr^c(vo^ ; the amendments on the Sale of Liquor Restriction Bill, chief of which allowed liquor to be sold between (i and 8 p.m., with a substantial meal, on hotel or. club premises, in rooms where regular evening meals are served. The House agreed, on the motion of the Premier, to the report of the conference bn the Sale of Liquor Restriction Bill.
