SERVIANS REINFORCED. BY SURRENDERED AUSTRIAN, ARMY. Keceired Oct. 21, 11.5 p.m. Washington, Oct. 20. It has been officially learned that an Austrian army, composed of Mohammedans and Serbs from Bosnia, surrendered to the Roumanians, and will join the Jugo-Skv Legion now being formed from the Serbians. BULGARIANS BOMBARD MONASTIR. Received Oct. 21, 5.5 p.m. Salonika, Oct. 20, There has been a heavy Bulgarian bombardment of Monastir, many civilian casualties resulting, also much damage. The bombardment coincided with the visit of the Kaiser and King Ferdinand from Sofia.
