ON THE VERGE OF REBELLION PEOPLE INCENSED AGAINST YOUNG TURKS. Received Oct. 19, 5.5 p.m. Athens, Oct. 18. A critical situation has arisen in Turkey. The Liberals, co-operating with the Old Turks, are gaining public support. Several mob outbreaks have been suppressed. The populace are suffering to the verge of rebellion against the Young Turks and Germans.
