AS OFFICIAL REPORT, Received Oct. 19, 5.5 p.m. London, Oct. 18. A wifeless German official report states: As a reprisal for the attack on Frankfort, we again bombed Nancy. The captures hitherto at Oesei amount to) 10,000 prisoners (only a few hundred escaping to Moon Island) and fifty guns.
