The Full Court is hearing argument on an originating summons under the Declaratory Judgments Act, lf)08, for an order determining the meaning of "improvements in a lease under the \>cst Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1802. The summons was taken out by Samuel Thomas Cox, of Opunake, farmer, lessee, and the defendant is the Public Trustee, as lessor. Wellington. Last Night The full Court reserved its decision.
