The first ballot for the Second DivU oion is fixed for October 29, and the names will be gazetted about Novembel 8. > Class A of tHie Second Division how (omprises 15,292 men. (Since taking th« last ballot there have been accretions numbering 1274 from the First Division, These will be called up by Gazette without ballot. It is expected that Class A, with the further accretions during the next two months, will provide sufficient men fox three ballots.
