Sifton: President of the Council, Mr. Howell: Minister for Railways, Mr. Rcid; Minister for Mines, Mr. Martin Eurrell. Minister for the Overseas Service,, Sir Edward Kemp. The press welcomes theconsummation enthusiastically, hoping for more aggressive conduct of the War.
The formation of a War Cabinet of seven is likely.
