A SOCIALIST CONFERENCE. QUESTION OF REJOINING THE GOVERNMENT. Received Oct. 3, 5:5 p.m. Paris, Oct. 2. A Socialist conference will be held at Bordeaux on October 8 to decide whether the party will rejoin tlip Government or hold aloof on internationalist grounds. Ex-Minister Thomas favors rejoining as strongly as ever, and he will probably secure a majority.
