UNION OF POLITICAL ■PARTIES. Received Oct. 3, 10 p.m. Pretoria, Oct. 2. At the South African party congress, resolutions were carried expressing willingness to re-unite with the Nationalists ,on certain conditions, including the maintenance of the union constitution, and carrying out of the obligations connected therewith. Delegates emphasise:! that they could have nothing to do with the Nationalists' republican propaganda, which was fatal to any possibility of union.
