The reconstruction of the National Efficiency Board has been completed. Mr. W. Ferguson has resumed the chairmanship. The board consists of Mr. Masser, Sir Jpseph Ward, Messrs W. Ferguson (Wellington), G. H. Elliot (Auckland), J. A. Frostick (Canterbury), J. Begg (Otago), and T. Moss (fanners' representative). The board will now resume its work at once. It has several important matters under consideration, including the substitution of labor and the maintenance of production.
