A POINT OF POLICY. VISIT OF CONGRESSMEN TO FRANCE OPPOSED. Reu'ter Service. Received Sept. 28, 10.5 p.m. Washington, Sept. 2S. President Wilson is opposed to the acceptance of the British House of Commons' invitation to Congressmen to visit the Western front, and the French invitation that Congress should be represented in the inter-Allied Parliament. President Wilson does not wish to give the impression that the United States is bound by any alliance to the Entente.
