LADIES' MATCH; a team of ladies from the luglewood Club visited the ladies of the Now Plymouth Club yesterday, and a most interesting match took place. The rinks were in splendid condition and some, very close games resulted; the home % team winning by 5 to 2. The results were as follows, the Inglewood ladies being named first: Miss Laing lost to Mrs. Johns, 2 down and 1. Mrs. Sutherland lost to Miss Putt, 2 and I. I Miss Ilamerton lost to Miss M. Free, 5 and 4. Hiss Esse lost to Miss Thomson, 1 down. Mrs. Surrey lost to Miss K. Free, 4 ,anu 3. Mrs. O'Carroll beat Miss Rollo, G and 5. Mrs. F. Brown beat Miss Bradley, 4 and 3. ■ WITIOKA CLUB. CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES. In the contest for the senior championship yesterday, Elliott beat Medley, 5 up and 3to play. (Berridge and Mackay play on Saturday.
