AUSTRALIAN STORM.
BLOWING ITSELF OUT. STORM AREA WIDE. 1 Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. Sydney, Sept. 20. The storm lias Mown itself out and the rain lias ceased, but heavy seas are "till running and shipping is delayed. There is no further news of the coaster Nerong. which was last seen helpless off the North Head. The storm area was wide and the full extent of the damage is unknown. Many houses and business premises have been unroofed or damaged. !. HOW THE NERONG WAS LOST , Received Sept. 20, 10.55 p.m. Sydney, Sept. 20. Survivors states that they left on Tuesday night, bound for Nambncka river, and met with the full force of the £ale in the early hours of Wednesday. The vessel sprung a leak, and drifted within three miles of Catherine Hill Bay, where she foundered at midday on Wea. nesday. The crew assisted each other into the boat, which was picked up at midnight wjih the men exhausted. The .cook and a passenger died in the boat, and the engineer was loßt when the rong foundered.
