NATIONAL PARTY WARNED.
Capetown, Sept. 18. The chairman of the executive of the Nationalist Party bag issued a warning to members of the party not to partake in movements of a rebellious nature alleged now to be in progress. He adds: "What the Afrikander people cannot get constitutionally it certainly will not get by force."
