SEAMEN'S STRIKE.
23 COASTAL BOATS HELD UP. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. As a result of the seamen's strike, 23 coastal steamers are idle. Seventeen are at Wellington, three at Napier, two at Lyttelton and one at AVanganui.' The Shipowners' FeHoration held a meeting this afternoon, but the chairman said there was nothing to report.
