Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. Melbourne, Sent. 19. In the House of Representatives, Sir John Forrest gave notice of a Bill to increase the number of Ministers with portfolios to nine, to enable a Minister for Repatriation to be appointed.

INCREASING FEDERAL CABINET.

Melbourne, Sept. 19. In the House of Representatives a bill was introduced to provide for the appointment of a Minister of Repatriation, increasing the membership of the Cabinet from eight to nine. Senator Miilen fills the new portfolio.'
