TWO CHILDREN DROWNED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Tnvercargill, Last Night. Two boys, named Duncan Bell and Leslie Guthrie, both aged six years, were drowned at Avenel to-day. They were playing in a boat when they noticed the tide was beginning to rise. They got out of the boat, but the flow of the water was evidently too much for them', both 'being drowned.
