NAVAL OFFICERS DISLOYAL.
FOUR SHOT 'BY CREW, Times Service. Received Sept. 17, 7.15 p.m. Petrograd, Sept,-Hi. The crew of the Petropavlovsk shot four officers who refused to sign a pledge of fidelity to the Government, which the General Assembly and democratio bodies at Kronstadt called upon army and navy officers to sign.
